Dr Lee Cubis
BPsychSc(Hons), PhD (Clinical Psychology)
Clinical Psychologist
Pronouns: He/Him
Dr Lee Cubis is a Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience across hospital, community and disability services.
Lee previously worked as a Senior Psychologist in the Queensland Health system where he developed a clinic for people experiencing chronic pain as well as working within a Spinal Injuries Unit and a statewide Acquired Brain Injury service. Prior to gaining registration as a Psychologist, Lee worked for many year in the disability sector in roles such as Disability Support Worker, Assistant in Nursing and Specialist Dementia Carer.

He has a particular passion for working with people with disability and complex needs including those with Acquired Brain Injury and neurological diseases such as Multiple Sclerosis, Brain Tumour, Motor Neurone Disease, Huntington’s Disease and conditions leading to dementia.
Additionally, Lee has a keen interest in psychological treatment for anxiety disorders in all populations.

Nat Lysenko

Psychologist
Pronouns: She/Her
Nat is a Registered Psychologist based in Melbourne, focusing on EMDR and Schema Therapy.
Her approach is warm and collaborative, aiming to work with clients to address a range of concerns. Nat has extensive experience in assessing and treating various forms of anxiety (including social anxiety, panic attacks, PTSD from traffic or other single-incident accidents, phobias, and generalised anxiety disorder), depression, chronic stress/burnout, complex trauma, and borderline personality disorder (BPD).
She places a high value on ongoing professional development and stays updated with current research on effective therapeutic practices.

​In practice, Nat utilises several evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, Schema Therapy, CBT, ACT, and DBT. She has extensive training in EMDR therapy, which she finds particularly effective in addressing underlying issues beyond mere symptom management. Additionally, Nat has a background in research and advocacy, focusing on improving mental health services for trans and gender-diverse individuals.

Anthony Smith

Anthony is a registered psychologist with diverse experience across public and private mental health sectors. He has worked in schools, residential aged care, forensic settings and with NDIS participants.
Anthony works with clients across the lifespan, firmly believing in everyone’s potential for growth and change, no matter their stage in life.
Anthony’s approach to therapy is grounded in the therapeutic alliance.
He works hard to create spaces where clients feel safe, supported, and heard.
Anthony’s focus is on therapy that helps clients better understand the past, navigate the ups and downs of being human and work towards the life that they want.
He has experience with a range of contemporary, evidence-based treatment methods, tailored to suit the client and their needs.

Reece Flowers
BPscychSC(Hons), Psychologist
Pronouns: He/Him
Reece is a Provisional Psychologist with extensive mental health experience, assisting individuals facing a variety of life challenges.
He has previously worked as a DBT therapist, a disability support worker, and a transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) clinician. For the past two years, he has been working as a Provisional Psychologist, providing assessment and support to individuals across the lifespan, as well as co-facilitating DBT groups.
Reece is passionate about improving people's lives through a combination of evidence-based practice and a warm therapeutic approach.
He believes that the best outcomes are achieved when there is mutual trust and open communication. His outcomes-focused and client-centred approach has led him to develop a keen interest in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for diverse populations across the lifespan.

Reece takes a particular interest in the understanding and treatment of depression, PTSD, addictions, and anxiety. He is interested in working with individuals across the lifespan, including children and adolescents. Additionally, Reece is committed to working with people with disabilities, including those with Acquired Brain Injury, other cognitive and intellectual disabilities, and those with complex psychosocial disabilities.
