Cognitive Assessments
A cognitive assessment provides valuable information about how your brain works and what your strengths and areas for development are.
We are experienced in providing these assessments for children and adults in an educational or occupational context as well as providing recommendations for people with Acquired Brain Injury or other cognitive disability.
This may be an overall assessment of cognitive functioning or include more extensive tests of achievement, adaptive functioning, executive functioning, and memory.
Disability Diagnostic Assessment and Planning
Sometimes, there is a need for a diagnosis of Intellectual or other Developmental Disability to inform the planning and implementation of supports.
QubePsych has an experienced team of Psychologists who understand disability and can provide a diagnostic assessment that is complete with recommendations for you and your support team.
We are familiar with the Access Request and planning processes for the National Disability Insurance Scheme and can support you in your application and pre-planning if needed.
Psychological Assessment
Psychological assessments can be useful in clarifying if you meet diagnostic criteria for a certain psychological condition (e.g., Major Depressive Disorder) so that your optimal treatment can be determined.

In carrying out a psychological assessment, our Psychologists will take the time to get to know you as a person and provide a report that gives practical recommendations to support your next steps towards recovery.
